Cancellation policy
How to Cancel
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing date by:

Accessing the Customer Portal and submitting a cancellation request, or

Contacting our Customer Support team in writing at hello@galacticplanner.co
Cancellations are only considered valid once confirmation of cancellation is received.
Timing of Cancellation
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancellation requests must be submitted before the scheduled renewal date.

If a cancellation request is received after renewal, the charge will remain valid.

No refunds are issued for charges processed after renewal.
Effect of Cancellation
Once canceled:

The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

No further charges will be processed after the current term ends.
For annual subscriptions, the full year’s digital planner is delivered upfront. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not qualify for a refund once the planner has been delivered.
Automatic Renewals
All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
By activating a subscription, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this automatic renewal.
Policy Acceptance
By purchasing or activating a Galactic Planner subscription, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation policy.
