Galactic Planner is a digital subscription service. We do not ship any physical items.

Digital delivery

All Galactic Planner access is delivered electronically:

• Via email confirmation to the address provided at checkout, and
• Through activation of your account in the Galactic Planner app or web app

Access typically begins immediately upon purchase or renewal, or on the scheduled date for new features and content updates.

No physical shipping

Because Galactic Planner is a digital service:

• There are no shipping fees
• No tracking numbers are provided
• No physical delivery timelines apply

If you don't receive your confirmation email or can't access your account after purchase, please:
