Refund & Cancellation Policy

Galactic Planner is a digital subscription product that provides personalized astrology planning content delivered electronically via email and the customer portal.

Digital Products – No Returns

All Galactic Planner products are digital. As such, returns are not possible once content has been delivered or access has been granted.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital products and the immediate delivery of personalized content, all sales are final once the planner has been delivered. Refunds will not be issued after access to the planner has been provided via email or the customer portal.

This applies to:

  • Monthly subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions

  • Renewals of any subscription plan

Annual Plans

Annual Galactic Planner purchases include the full year’s personalized planner, delivered upfront in digital PDF format. Because the customer receives the complete year’s content at once, annual plans are strictly non-refundable once delivered.

Subscriptions & Automatic Renewals

By subscribing to Galactic Planner, customers agree that their subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Renewal reminder emails are sent in advance of the billing date.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel prior to renewal if they do not wish to continue.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

  • If a cancellation request is not received before renewal, the charge will proceed as scheduled.

  • No refunds will be issued for charges processed after renewal.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback after receiving digital content violates this policy. We maintain delivery logs, access records, and email confirmations to verify fulfillment and will dispute invalid chargebacks accordingly.

Policy Acceptance

By completing a purchase or activating a subscription, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
