Refund & Cancellation Policy

Galactic Planner is a digital subscription product that provides personalized Vedic astrology content through our mobile and web app, calculated from the customer's own birth chart.

Digital Products – No Returns

All Galactic Planner products are digital. As such, returns are not possible once access has been granted.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are final once access has been granted. Because a purchase gives immediate access to a personalized calendar and custom-built chart analysis, which is generated the moment a subscription begins, we're unable to offer refunds.

This applies to:

• Monthly subscriptions
• Annual subscriptions
• Renewals of any subscription plan

We offer a 7-day free trial of our AI Enhanced plan, so customers can explore the app risk-free before committing to a paid subscription.

Annual Plans

Annual Galactic Planner subscriptions include a full year of personalized calendar access, calculated and delivered upfront within the app. Because the customer receives access to the complete year's content at once, annual plans are strictly non-refundable once delivered.

Subscriptions & Automatic Renewals

By subscribing to Galactic Planner, customers agree that their subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. This includes the 7-day free trial, which converts automatically into a paid AI Enhanced subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

• Renewal reminder emails are sent 5 days in advance of the billing date.
• It is the customer's responsibility to cancel prior to renewal if they do not wish to continue.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted before the renewal date to avoid future charges, by one of the following methods:

• In the app: Profile → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
• On the web: logging in at galacticplanner.com and managing the subscription from the account page
• By email: hello@galacticplanner.com
• If a cancellation request is not received before renewal, the charge will proceed as scheduled.
• No refunds will be issued for charges processed after renewal.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback after receiving digital access violates this policy. We maintain delivery logs, access records, and email confirmations to verify fulfillment and will dispute invalid chargebacks accordingly.

Policy Acceptance

By completing a purchase or activating a subscription, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
